Our Service Packages
Tenant Package
If you own a property and would like to rent it out:
* Will assist in finding a suitable tenant
* Signing of contracts and arranging security deposits
* Liaison between the Land-lord and Tenant
* Rent collection and bank deposit if necessary
* 3 yearly unit inspections
Arrange and accompany licensed trades when required for your Property (plumbers, electrician...)
Remittance is 10% of the monthly rental fee
Owner Package
If you own a property (and do not want it rented)
* Collect mail
* Bill payments if required - or will set up direct payments for owner
* Bi-weekly walk through of home
* Arrange maintenance if required
Other services can be discussed and arranged:
Such as:
Having home cleaned, groceries brought in for your arrival
Monthly fee: 225-400NIS depending on specific requirements
Short Term/Vacation Unit Package
If you own a property - but you would like to rent it as a Short Term/Vacation Unit
Same as above plus
* Weekly posting for rental
* Contract signing with renter
* Cleaning arranged before and after person leaves (possible additional expense)
Other services can be arranged and discussed
Guaranteed Monthly fee: 225 NIS
Plus 10%-12% of all renters fee's
"Closing" Package
On new properties - (live abroad and not available for...)
* When required to attend choosing finishing's (tiling, cabinetry...)
* Pre-Inspection walk through with Kablan ( Builder)
* Arrange Protocol Inspection with Engineer
Will finalize "close" and prepare house for arrival or tenant
Remittance 100NIS-150NIS per hour
(Depending on the requriements-which will be discussed prior to contract signing)
Detailed Invoicing
Looking for a rental or to purchase while still living outside of Israel
For a reasonable rate we will do the running around for you.
Follow-up with emails, pictures of the potential unit and can arrange signing for you as well ( See "Closing Package")
Renovations:
We work with a wonderful team for all your renovation requirements. From minor repairs, to major renovations, including extensions of your home, kitchens, geves ( drywall) work, painting and more.
Other:
Other services can be arranged - we will work with you for all your Property Requirements - or to assist in helping you find it. We work with Licensed Tradesmen, Realtors, Kablans( Builder's) , and Mortage Brokers.
